This is the first draft. It needs something else – I don’t think it’s nearly tacky enough. Perhaps flames? Not sure how to do glitter in photoshop, so if anyone has a tutorial link for that, I’d appreciate it.
does it look like the eagle’s crying enough? or should there be a line of tears?
I showed my girlfriend this image and she gasped in horror. Therefore I’d say you are totally on the right track in terms of offensiveness/tackiness.
FWIW I don’t think the eagle tears read. I don’t have a glitter tutorial, but I have another suggestion…what about adding in a photo of a blob of glittery nailpolish?
I think I can work the tears. But not tonight…. I just finished a t-shirt design for actual money, but there were about 20 minor adjustments before the client was happy and I need to step AWAY from the computer.
